I understand that's why I'm a little wary about it. However, I did speak with a Tier 2 yesterday who told me my background check had been completed already, and all we were waiting on was the officer sign off. And then today I received the call from the info pass officer that I saw last week telling me that I was approved as of today.

I"ll be frantically checking my online account over this week and early this week to see what happens -- in any case I have another info pass appointment, if nothing changes.

Keeping my fingers crosses.

I just got a call from nilc and they asked me questions about what my DACA and EAD.

Weird. They sent me that email and never responded to me once I answered it

They called me, too, when I submitted my request for help. She just to go over my info again and make sure that I had not received a RFE, requested advance parole, or had any encounters with the legal systems .... And of course to ask me one more time if I had submitted in Feb and not April

I called USCIS again and they told me the same stuff they always say. Theyre looking at march 16th applications and I have to wait 22 days -__- Any other 8/17/16 expired people got approval today? My application recieve day is on 04/07/16 still no approval!

Yeah that happened to me but I sent them another email.
