I applied only with my advanced parole document and the parole stamp. You can get your I-94 online by entering your passport number.

I tried, but that only works if you came into the U.S. after 2013 when CBP stopped issuing paper I-94s and went electronic. My last entry into the U.S. was in 1998. I'm guessing my VISA page and stamp with date will suffice, if anything, I'm sure they can lookup my information on their own and find my i-94 without me having to pay the fee to get a replacement.

Anyone here apply for I-131 Advance Parole with your AOS packet and travel outside of the US after receiving EAD/AP combo card? Any issues? Is it safe to do?

You can apply, and if approved, travel outside. However, considering the current atmosphere, it might be best completing to have an I-551 stamp or actual residency in hand.

sharing this link on people's experience using advance parole. Very helpful to see other people's experience, it help me to have the courage to take my Advance parole trip Dec,2018 in the midst of Trump rescinding DACA.

Please read through the experiences it might help you make your decision to use AP or not:

I applied with just the stamp on my old passport. lost the i-94 a long time ago. it was not an issue at all. I dont think the officer even saw the stamp on the original passport, just a photocopy from the original application.

Did you guys send form I-130A? On the instructions for I-130 it states that if you're filing for a spouse, the beneficiary spouse needs to fill out I-130A. I wasn't aware that form was needed.

Firstly, congratulations!!

We applied for Removal of Conditions last February, and our case is still pending. They initially sent a 12 month extension and then later sent us an 18 month extension letter. Ironically I am due to apply for Citizenship shortly. Most people go ahead and apply for it as you can have both pending.

For the Removal we filled out the I-751 form and submitted our evidences as well.
