i think it will be something like non criminal dream act student won't get deported officially. obama would not give us TPS just before the election.

I'd die on the spot if they announced TPS but if anything they'll announce that they're no longer deporting Dream Act eligible students.

I don't see how this contradicts the OP.

Maybe they're just trying to deport the criminals, good for them/us.

If you're a DREAMer you shouldn't be getting arrested anyway.

I ride my bike 10 miles everyday to go to school.

But granted I live in a city with reliable public transportation.

I wished I could live in the city. I live in the suburbs with my family. I work pretty far. It is a pretty good job so I have to drive there. I have no other option.
