yes, but the STEM degrees will create more JOBS than any other set of degrees. The US, obviously, is looking for more jobs...not more ways to help undocumented and educated kids.

That is a flawed logic because although it'll make it easier for some members of the American population to gain employment in certain fields, these people are NOT United States Citizens or Permanent Residents, and will be taking jobs away from unemployed American STEM degree holders.

Passing the STEM Bill will mean creating jobs for nationals of other coutries, most of whom have been in the US for only a few years (in most cases), barely fit into the society, and have little to no ties to the country.

Frankly, it is a stupid idea to pass only the STEM Bill, it'd be more logical to pass the Dream Act for people that have been here for years (some even decades), have strong ties to the country; people that grew up and consider themselves American.

Accounting is flexible in it's career route. If the qualification for this bill is a Master's degree, BBA in accounting can probably transit into a Master's degree in CIS, MIS, MS in Finance, MS in Financial mathematics and Master's in Financial Engineering among many others..
