Since he was arrested on a felony charge for poss of a controlled subtance when was 19, i guess he should still try he has his own business now and has been good for over 6 years maybe because he took care of the felony with a deffered adjudicated might pass? but theres probably no chance for him

But really, this is the most Obama can do without nearing political suicide (Some argue it already is) and we should THANK him for getting SOMETHING done. He'll make the official announcement at 1:15 EST and that'll be official to the naysayers.

I look at this move as the same he did with his stance on Gay Marriage, many were frustrated with his lack of approval but he drops a bombshell later on without too much political flak.

Anybody who is scrutinizing Obama right now has no base in which to do so since this is already going to be established as soon as possible. This isn't the same as the Rubio bill or the failed 2011 DA, this is the real deal.
