I'm just gonna go ahead and assume the August 15 deadline is gonna be pushed to god-knows-when, too.

As I've said, USCIS isn't known for being punctual.

Yeah,completely agree and will always mention so considering it should be so obvious it takes time for implementation on any new process.Governments agencies get things done when they feel they are ready not by timelines!
