For others, perhaps, this is immediately more significant:

"Only DREAMers and longtime agricultural workers would be able to get on a route to US citizenship without waiting for certain border security metrics to be reached."

Let us hope they don't compromise on this point.

wait, so if this passes by the summer, can WE travel abroad SAFELY with the provisional legal status or would we still have to wait until the actual card which is 5 years cuz not being able to see my family for another 5 years sounds really depresssing to me ??

I knew it. I just knew Durbin would pull it through for us. I knew Schumer was key but Durbin is the main mastermind behind this Dream Act provision in CIR. God bless that man and everybody else!
