well "streamlined procedures" would mean that the Secretary can use a much more simple process for DACA recipients since USCIS already has their information. it does not say streamlined pathway. furthermore, the entire section of the DREAM act is set to address adjustment of status from RPI to PR. RPI adjustment is addressed in another section.

I only ask because on page 111 lines 13 & 14:

"(i) has been a registered provisional immigrant for at least 5 years"

which is a requirement that DACA recipients have not met.

yes, but in essense, DACA part is a SUB part of this chacterory then notice how it goes back to roman numbers, DACA part was just a side note, if you don thave DACA then yes, you have to complete thtose 5 years of provisional immigrant

DACA then means making the 31 years cut off mark...?

So the 5 year provisional immigrant applies to the people who doesn't qualify for DACA due to age?

Text not clear

yeah and 15

with the Dream Act in this bill
is more lenient, 16 years, and under 36 (not 35 like we heard at first)

but you have to complete those 5 years first

it looks they MIGHT go through another path thought the word path is NOT used there but DACA approved people might just have a different way
