^Yeah I know. Funny how illegals know more about American history than some Americans.

I don't interpret that statement as having ANYTHING to do with citizenship and they sure couldn't have either. First because there was no such thing as American citizenship since there were no United States back then. Second, "all" men are created equal; all doesn't mean some. Third, "they are endowed by their Creator" so certainly a divine power doesn't recognize earthly citizenship. But that's just the Declaration of Independence.

I have always thought that if one was a skilled enough lawyer they could argue a case that "being illegal" is essentially unconstitutional.
