That was 8 1/2 years ago and they have just now reached January 2002! So it still has 4 years to go and it's moving at the rate of one week per month so it could take another 16 years! There was a time that it was moving 3 months for every month but then they retrogressed it by 2 years. F4 is not a fun catagory.
I am currently under F2B and my priority date is Jan-17-2014. I think F2B moves at a rate of 3 months per every 2 months. I need to wait 50-60 months from now.
Hope they could increase a number of visas available. hahaha
If the government opens the military door before the end of 2015, I will join US Army and officer candidate school.
If they open it after 2016, HELL NO!!!! I will just wait for the petition.

No doubt. I'm afraid he'll only go so far as giving relief to parents of USC. I'm married to a USC, but we are holding off on kids because I don't have a stable job at the moment. I hope he removes the age cap on DACA. I'd probably faint of happiness if he does something like that.

At the risk of sounding selfish, I wonder if that's one of the possibilities in the EO (assuming there's few different elements in there). My priority date was finally caught up March of this year, I think the wait was around 7 years? Pretty useless even with a F1 category and a USC parent, solely due to the bar / lack of 245i. I know there's a bunch of people in the same boat (pun) too.
