You hit the nail right on the head, conservatives in general stick together no matter what! even if their jobs depend on it...example: the gay marriage rights law that recently passed. So many of them claim they will not comply even if they have to lose their jobs, face lawsuits & jail time. That freakin party acts like a cult.

The question is how long before we get a decision from the Supreme Court if it gets there?

Pope Francis to the rescue?

United We Dream is asking Pope Francis to speak out against the political games that have halted the implementation of administrative programs that would provide relief from deportation for my sister and close to five million undocumented immigrants.

The pope is considered too liberal by the tea baggers.

I don't have all my beans together. Basically, personal issues that must be taken care of before going on. I have yet to hear the oral arguments and/or read anything to make an educated guess. Then why comment? Because I wanted to say hi.

I seems that even during the oral arguments to life the stay, one of the judges wondered if lifting it would give the impression that Texas and the other states didn't had a case. Damn our case's impression 'cause poor little Texas can't loose face I guess. In any case, I do found it strange that the court choose the same two lawyers because according to some source I am failing to remember, that is not common. So, yes it's odd. Reason is on our side, the law is on our side and common decency is on our side. The question is, would the judges go out of their way to justify bullshit? Because the Justice Department sounds like a boss and gets hammer with hard questions while the Texas lawyer sounds like a clown that earned his college degree in the same party school I went and took his cues from Mattock and some times get helpful hints from the judges that are supposed to scrutinize his argument instead of, well, scrutiny. I'm so tired of all this bull. Specially because 90% of the problems I am facing right now could be fixed with a damn delayed deportation and a stupid valid three year SS.
