We can only control how we live. At this point, arguing that life is over for us is still extreme.
They need to pass the Bridge Act. That's what it boils down to. A concrete law will be great. ICE is notorious in going after any undocumented person and their mother. Doesn't matter what Trump wants. They can do shit back in the scene. Trump has to get a law passed protecting us.

1.- Where is he going to find money to do all this? IS congress going to give him A LOT more funds? This qualifies as a deportation force.
2.- If Trump really starts rounding up a bunch of people, he is going to energize the left like crazy. His gut of going with Sessions and Bannon is completely off. He lost the PV by 3 million to a candidate no one wanted, now imagine if democrats come back with a likable candidate?
3.- Is he going to come to the table with immigration reform?

You don't get it lol. Number one is not about him. Congress has to buy on it. He can't just make money appear out of thin air for this.

If the bridge act passes I'll be grateful , but we should be pushing more . That's just another temporary law that will be passed by congress instead of EO, but will expire with no opportunity to renew. I'd rather keep daca tbh

Democrats can believe what they want . Democrats thought Clinton would win in a landslide . We cannot celebrate for this bridge act, even if it is another temproary relief . I'm trying to have everyone understand bridge act is a downgrade of daca. Yes it's better than nothing but it's nothing we should be pushing for . We should be pushing to keep daca or have a permanent status whether or not it gives us a path to citizenship idc anymore .

We are well aware that the BRIDGE is a downgrade since its not renewable. The days of Ronald Reagan and the amnesty are over with this administration. I don't know what you mean by fight for permanent status. If he repeals DACA, our back up plan is the BRIDGE. NO ONE is saying they prefer the BRIDGE over DACA.
