There are differences between traffic offenses and criminal traffic offenses Ex. DUI, reckless driving

In California

Most minor traffic offenses are considered infractions, and they are not criminal violations of the law. Usually, these types of violations carry relatively minor penalties, such as fines, and/or a point on your driving record. More serious traffic offenses may be charged as crimes, and a conviction can involve penalties such as large fines, victim restitution, drug or alcohol treatment, license revocation, and incarceration, and will go on your criminal record.

My record is clean so I can go on here and fear monger like some of you but I don't! We should help our fellow dreamers not scare them because we are "safe"

The thing is for decoration purpose - criminality can be broad. Remember when you apply for daca even though you maybe cases closed uscis still wants to know so they can termine in their own.

What freaking scares me is that ICE will deport dreamers then go "oppps sorry!!" Despite what Trump says he can't control the actions of every single ice agent.

The way the order is written effectively declares that any encounter with law enforcement will put you on deportation proceedings.

That is what it states.
