Remember the vox leaks last week? The muslim ban reads almost word by word. It gives authenticity to the DACA order, with out necessarily confirming that it will get signed.

That's what I've been thinking. I'm wondering if Trump is just taking time to sign each order one at a time and eventually get to DACA.

Or the administration is being due diligent in creating the drafts in case it is decided that it will be terminated.

It can also be that there are truly two camps in the whiteshouse with regards to DACA.
