Exactly. The media was wondering where Trump's promised 3 million deportations were coming from...but we knew he'd have to target low priority people like this.

wait why are you guys so focused on the DUI? Did you guys not pay attention to the other reason why he was deported?

I believe that falls under fraud (vehicle registration fraud). If by incorrect they mean the registration sticker belonged to another car, then yeah they got him on fraud. Which is a big no no even to a LPR.

Interesting. I understand a vehicle purchase and it having expired/fake/misused stickers, and using it that way, but what if you sort it out right away with proper documentation?

Well they'd have to prove that his intent to commit fraud. Which I think is difficult unless he was caught red handed doing something. But this is all speculation on my part. I have no idea of any details of his case.
