Thank you, I filed my N-400 and soon after USCIS started delaying processing of MAVNI Military naturalization packets. There is a lawsuit filed and I am hoping that the government can correct this.

The 1000 mentioned contains 0 DACA's. DACA is considered a form of DA/status for the purpose MAVNI.

They're very specifically mentioning the 1000 enlistees who were on student visas or other entries, and have expired since then due to the delayed background check.

This info is all over the MAVNI groups so I thought I'd clear it up and share.
