It won't be built. Not a single Democrat in the Senate is supporting it. RACA or the BRIDGE ACT will be bought up as stand alone bills.

If they're brought up as stand alone bills then they're guaranteed to fail.

Lmao I hope they would shut down the government but they won't. Both houses is controlled by Republicans if they shut down the government they might as well kiss 2018 elections goodbye. Democrats have the leverage this time around; Republicans Congress has not done shit since taking over. They failed and will continue to fail to replace ObamaCare and they're not getting the wall without compromising with Democrats. Republicans can keep trying to past shitty legislation and if they keep failing they will lose voter confidence.
