What about corralling ten or more liberal AGs to counter suit with California taking the lead? It would be less taxes for them to support the programs such as "in-state tuition" or another that would be specific and a state benefit that DACA provides. So this is a question for the Demise or someone knowledgeable. If Texas sues to cancel DACA can California sue to defend DACA?
