What about corralling ten or more liberal AGs to counter suit with California taking the lead? It would be less taxes for them to support the programs such as "in-state tuition" or another that would be specific and a state benefit that DACA provides. Also, how about lobbying each and every conservative AG on the lawsuit on why they should remove their name from the lawsuit locally?

There are three months, nothing has been done yet. Perhaps a state to state suit and their merits in federal court might bring a little more delay or bring about another option.

Who can say what will happen at this point. To be honest, I have seen worst.

So this is a question for the Demise or someone knowledgeable. If Texas sues to cancel DACA can California sue to defend DACA?

Radio interview (WBUR 90.9) with Rep. Gutierrez:

Nothing really new, but Gutierrez is very passionate.
