How does the Immigration Points system currently work. Lets not give up all hope until we know we are truly toast.

What if someone with daca never went to college but they have a good job?

My bf works at an organization for people with disabilities. He's basically an aide. He is,planning on going to school next spring for social work. Would he still qualify for this? He's also been here since he was 4 so that's about 24 years.

Actually this bill is completely garbage. Basically don't count on it cause it only applies on people OUTSIDE the US. Pray they dont attach enforcement to it.

That website has a strong liberal bias and it does not take to account the many Asians and Latin Americans that will benefit from this system but the lack of petitioning family members sucks big time.

Take a chance, the waiver for him to be able to petition from within the U.S is still available. Other than that, the Dream act, bridge act, hope act, Rac Act should be getting a vote later this year.

Is that the hardship waiver?

We never tried because we really don't have any hardships. I thought it was really difficult to get that?

Also now I feel like we ran out of time because of that new law about petitions
