OK I read Barragan's tweets. I take back my comment that this seems like a good thing.

However, this seems like a neutral thing at worst....

We all knew that DACA's future would come down to either a court decision Trump directly ending it. This does nothing, and pragmatically means nothing...

Trump hasn't ended it in 7 months.

If the court decides they can't add DACA to the lawsuit then that would be a big win for us. The court has decided to wait until Sept. 5th to decide on the merits of the case.
