I wouldn't leave that to anyone other than myself. As I think we all should.

Bridge act provides a temporary relief, while also forcing a revisiting of the matter. Plus, three more year, means we can survive Mr T. And, the longer we are given any sort of status, the harder it is for them to push us away. IMO
In 3 years we will be older and they will stop calling us kids. Will be easier to deport everyone.

I am in an almost two year relationship, and we could get married, but honestly just going to wait a bit and see what happens here. Don't want to rush a wedding yet and if it wasn't for this we would probably not get married anytime soon. My work permit expired late 2018 so I have time to plan that if it comes to that. Still trying to be optimistic and hope for the best in this situation.
