It would be no different than current Conditional Green Card, except we can't sponsor anyone.

I'm confused about the paying back taxes part.

Does this mean you have to pay taxes for all the years you worked off the books??

Also is this going to work like DACA where there is a 3 misdemeanor limit? or you have to have a spotless record?
