They're so stupid. This country has 20 trillion in debt and 11 million people in the shadows that would be more than willing to pay a fee every year until they get GC. They could use this money to improve border enforcement and pay for the debt. They could solve this problem fast.

Trump should be like: Make illegals pay for the wall.
And in the details... in exchange for citizenship in 10 years.

That's ridiculous. Just because numbers may be down that doesn't mean they will remain that way.

Also a country has every right to protect its borders.

Not to mention the drugs coming here and the illegal assault riffles going to Mexico for cartel use.

Keep the Dream Act mentions going so it doesn't fade away? Put even an ounce of pressure on Paul Ryan to bring it up for a vote? Reiterate the importance of passing the bill? Mention how many people's lives are in the hands of the people trying to stop the bill? Show others who support the bill his own support?

Would you prefer he say nothing and stay quiet?

I would prefer them doing less talking and setting up meetings to come up with a solution.

Not saying that is not happening, perhaps it is. They should come up with ideas to secure the border and maybe talk about that as well. This is a good start, do not get me wrong but more needs to be done for a compromise.

My point exactly! They can talk on the floor now until March 5, if no deals are being worked on and actions are not being taken. All the talk is useless.

Tulsi Gabbard just spoke on the floor about an hour ago to support the discharge petition!
