Graham sounded very hopeful about finding a compromise. SUCCEED Act was brought up, and Durbin said at least it is starting a dialogue.

DREAMers speaking about what DREAM Act means to them. Senator Schumer and Senator Gillabrand speak at the end (as well as Senator Bennet):

I'm more and more convinced they're waiting until then to pass something. At least I'm hopeful that's what is going on.
