Between the far right SUCCEED Act and far left DREAM Act, RAC Act looks like a compromise bill and has a better chance of passing.

It doesn't apply as long as you maintained good moral character since issuance of the bill (i.e. you are being removed for non-criminal reasons), and in cases if it was issued to you while you're under 18.

Moreover nothing really seems to prevent you from getting rid of the removal order and applying for adjustment.
