i mean he is retiring and was the original co-author of the Dream Act 2001.

we'll see, we'll get Senator Mitt Romney once he retires.

There is already a push by Bannon so you can bet Trump will be behind that.

LOL, so true... they totally would vote against their own immigration bill if it somehow ended up on the floor.

Huge no. They have to pass it this December or the government shuts down. Period.

numbers are there, gop leadership dont want to put it on the floor for reasons idk why is beyond me.
GOP wants to delay a vote on the Dream Act until next year, so Democrats can lose their leverage and squeeze more border security out of them. With the exception of the 34 Republicans and the others willing to vote yes on the day of a vote, the hell with the ones who vote no.

Next year will be even closer to the primaries. Good luck getting Republican votes close to the primaries.

Dream Act needs to happen this month

Exactly. I can just hear that fucker Cornyn..."we need to address other matters first." The can will be kicked down the road ONCE AGAIN. He always does that. I am glad Durbin called them out on their shit.

There is no shame in calling for a government shutdown God damn it. We are American as apple fucking pie. We deserve this issue to be resolved asap. This shit has to pass the month or, fuck it, the government shuts down.
