Dean is a lame duck at this point. He will run but NV shifted blue underneath him. He is going to get the boot same as Gov. Sandoval.

AZ will probably flip. Hell TN is expected to flip (that's 52 votes). TX is still a toss up (that'd be 53).

When McCain kicks the bucket his seat will also go for election. So democrats can pick up 5 seats for a total of 54.

This also means that up to 3 of the vulnerable democrats (cough cough DONNELLY, cough cough McCaskill) can lose and we'd still get majority.

The elections in VA and AL really caused some serious headwinds for republicans. If you are living in red state, and suddenly fucking Alabama flips out of the blue, then your "my vote doesn't count :/" mentality should go out the window.

I have never understood why this forum is so ferociouly leftist when at the end of the day we live in a Representative Republic with a Constitution. Thus, the Republican Party is in charge of Congress and the White House so whatever happens next year will be a bipartisan but still more conservative than the Dream Act.

I'm happy to see anything pass. We were brought here illegally and we must accept the rule of law. That's why Mexico is so fucked up cause there is rampant corruption and the law isn't respected.

Let's not forget the Democratic Party had a filibuster proof majority last time Congress voted on the Dream Act and it was inaction by Pres. Obama and not being personally involved in calling individual Senators to support the cloture motion.

At least this time around we will have most likely a 60-70 vote margin of victory in the Senate.

Like they say, "beggars can't be choosers!"

And yes once I can vote I will vote for centrist/fiscally conservative representation because I agree with the fiscal conservatism/ rule of law.

Merry Xmas everyone! Let's enjoy our lives already and stop thinking that happiness is only attainable in this country.

Smart, resourceful people will always find ways to succeed. So let's try to be more positive and less of partisan robots. The Democratic Party is in shambles and failed miserably when it was in power when it came to immigration reform during the Obama years.

Party A:
Public position: Deport them all.
Private position: White pride world wide.

Party B:
Public position: Maybe lets let them stay.
Private position: Throwaway issue that we'll fold on the first second we can.

Somehow option B is the better of the two.

Wrong, wrong and wrong.

The rule of law isn't a "white pride/racial thing."

You probably spend a lot of time reading HuffPost/Daily Kos/lefist propaganda and watching MSNBC plus meaningless Facebook memes that have zero legitimate "news" content.

For anyone to say that every single party member of the Democrat or Republican Party feels a 100% certain way about us is false.

We are actually on the cusp of victory because of Trumps election and decision to force Congress to fix this issue. Let's not forget DACA would have been declared unconstitutional and an overreach by the Executive Branch on immigration policy.

The Democrats failed last time they were in power, remember?

Anyone touting the rule of the law nonsense should pack their shit and wait out their bans. Practice what you preach.
