It cannot be flat out black and white, meaning wall or no deal. A compromise must be made somewhere in the middle via negotiations. Trump demanding his fence for any DACA solution isn't negotiating at all and that is something he likely doesn't understand. I pray Kelly give our dear leader guidance on this matter.
