thats not the point of succeed act bro.

if u make one mistake like misrepresenting urself on ur application e.g wrong address, wrong $$$ amount of payment, wrong documents proving ur a childhoor arrival, etc. u give up ur appeals process and due process to the govt. u cant appeal the decision and u will be put in immediate removal proceedinngs.

its just not duis, misdeamenors or felonies. you waive your god given constitutional rights. we have more rights now as dacaers and illegals over the succeed act.

The problem is that sometimes you can be wrongly accused ad without due process, you are screwed.

Why can't some people understand this? Succeed Act is god awful.

We all need to wait and see the final details of what’s being worked on behind the scenes. The good news is that things are improving, slowly but surely.

In my understanding it will be a combination of succeed act and dream act let's hope for the shitty part of succeed act to be left out.
