That scenario is win-win for both parties. Fucking scumbags.

One question keeps coming to my mind if Trump administration has full right to appeal the California judge order why he didn't do the next day to put renewals on hold? if the rules are if the decision is appealed then the renewals will never be in place today again.... I'm thinking President Trump is now confused and now simply its wait and see game because he said if congress don't act he will extend it anyway...its another thing legaly he can do it or not but he tweeted his intention.

Question is if the rep will bring it up for vote without whitehouse suppoert. Passage in the house ismore difficult without Trump providing cover as well

I doubt it'll even be brought up for a vote. Ryan and McConnell can go fuck themselves.

The fact that the Trump admin is not appealing right away for stay on the injunction shows that they have no interest in making a deal with Dem while putting out false hope that they are trying, Dem need to attached DA/boarder security via spending bill or keep playing politics with Rep we are back be at square one.

Or you can see it this way. They are letting people apply so they don't lose their job While dream act passes and everyone is covered.

No one wants to fucking fix legal immigration other than limit chain migration for dreamers before they're citizens and eliminate the DV lottery. Other aspects of legal immigration are part of CIR.

BTW, there is no good ending for DACA. The AG's can just sue again and will likely win in the supreme Court. While all the litigation goes on, Congress would likely have passed a budget and all leverage is gone. By then there it's pretty much over for all of us.
