Wait - I missed the update from Sessions.

If it is going to be rescind, why is everyone applying? They would just return the fees. Pardon my ignorance but its a legit question. I thought people were applying since Sessions was quiet on the topic.

I think they have to proceed with your application if they receive it before Sessions acts.

There is a brief window between lower court ruling and Sessions rescinding DACA/ supreme court rule against us.
