Zero. In 2018, Dems can probably take the House, and maybe they take the Senate. In 2020, there's a lot more Republican up for re-election. There's a good chance for a Democratic House/Senate/WH in 2020.

It still an uphill battle on the DREAM Act this year. There's hope of course.
