Zero. Makes no sense. If Dreamer relief were to pass it would be through Congress.

Zero. In 2018, Dems can probably take the House, and maybe they take the Senate. In 2020, there's a lot more Republican up for re-election. There's a good chance for a Democratic House/Senate/WH in 2020.

It still an uphill battle on the DREAM Act this year. There's hope of course.

ZERO CHANCE. Literally we would need Hitler to be the next president, and even then, impossible.
