We will see.

Honestly, at this point I can’t see why the democrats should put up a fight regarding the visa lottery and chain migration (so long as nuclear family stays in place) because they caved on Monday. I just wonder if the framework would be super shitty that nobody would want to incorporate it.

Makes me wonder what will happen with the bipartisan group of senators that were pushing for a solution over the weekend.

Trump keeps doing the same thing over and over again without achieving anything. Definition of insanity. Keep realising same demands over and over and stupid fuckers in Congress pretend to wait for the new "legislative framework" acceptable to him.

One thing Schumer needs to do right away is say that the Goodlatte bill as is will be dead on arrival in the Senate.

She did mention democrats were involved just that a lot of meadows and goodlatte’s ideas were taken into account. Don’t quote me on that as I don’t recall her exact wording but she implied that a lot of point regarding the four areas the WH is focused on were incorporated from them.

A daca solution is part of those areas so I wonder how far they’ll go in that regard.

Why is the house trying to force their legislation upon the senate is the bigger question? The senate should unanimously reject this framework.

Right? It’s crazy how much power the loonies from the HFC carry. I cannot wait until the republicans finally lose the house.

The Goodlatte bill is the one we're we giving up all our rights right? The same one that also expects us to maintain an annual income of at least 125 percent of the poverty line?
