Not all Mexicans are brown bro, it's not a homogenous country. t's a mixed country filled with a variety of ethnicites unlike Argentina which is 90% White.

Anyways, cases like these are rampant nowadays especially by the border. It's a big business and your going to encounter some bad apples, some unfortunately with DACA, involved in it. Now, I'm not accusing these guys of this crime until it becomes verified.
