I want to renew but I’m scared because I declared bankruptcy almost about a year ago ): I expire the 22nd of September

I don't think that will be an issue. But if you want to be sure - schedule a quick consolation with an immigration lawyer!

Honey, the US sucks in many ways but it sure as hell doesn’t criminalize debtors. You’re fine. Hell, you probably don’t even need to meet with a lawyer.

Of course it was. But if anyone believes that they will accept a Bridge Act with Trump’s wall, they are solely mistaken. Dems are spineless but that will hurt them on all sides so they definitely won’t accept that.

For those looking for some hope...

Dems are the biggest pussies ever. They cave all the time. That's a point that people in this forum have made countless times now. With that in mind, it's not outside the realm of possibility that Dems will cave to whatever Trump offers at the last minute. Trump wants the wall. There is no wall without relief for us. Trump always blames the Dems, and the Dems always cave. Eventually, we will get something.
