what incentive is there to get a permanent solution after this?

This should also include aged-out Dreamers. 7 billion is a lot of money; it's just a matter of time before they go after all the Dreamers who already have final orders of removal.

Where is the text for this bill or provision? Call your Senators! They must protect all Dreamers from deportation.

LOL I don't think anything is going to pass.

I think what may be possible is that the Supreme Court may vote in favor of DACA and that may be the status quo for the rest of our lives possibly.

Oh! I agree 100% However, it is also true that this will pave way for them to never give us a path to citizenship.

I think you may just answered on the Supreme Court's questions in that perpetual 2nd class status with perpetual threat/discretion of removal is no way to live and terminating Daca for good will force Congress to do its job.

Actually, if SCOTUS does kill DACA, then I see that as an ideal scenario to get something done...it is a helluva risky way to get something done...but if it comes to that what can we do...

...what I am really worried about is the optics that would be circulating as a result of this...just imagine members of Congress against us saying stuff like "SCOTUS has ruled DACA unconstitutional, the program is now closed, and all beneficiaries should make plans to go back to their home countries"...that rhetoric pisses me off so much...grrrr...

I think if SCOTUS votes for or against DACA leads to an interesting aftermath.

All we can do is wait and see.

That being said...GET THOSE RENEWALS IN!!!!!

Lol...

The only thing that sucks about extensions is Congress kicking the can down the road. We will get to 40 years old and still extending But I understand as well that something is better than nothing and the way Congress functions, well.. they don’t.

I'm sending an initial review because my DACA was terminated.
I hope I get accepted again.

If I do hopefully I find someone to marry and get my GC with my 245(i)
