Seriously there's no concerns if you have no record or any crazy baggage. If they approve AP and you have DACA, you are golden. They will allow you back into the country no issues. I've been out on AP twice. Second time I came in the guy at JFK looked at my passport and AP apps and said "Welcome back bro" and I was on my way and out of the office under 2 minutes.
