That's without me even trying. He was a swing vote on social issues, no doubt.
Trump Victories in The Supreme Court this Month

-Supreme Court favors Republicans in gerrymandering cases.
-Supreme Court rules for Christian cake baker.
-Supreme Court rules against California law targeting anti-abortion pregnancy centers.
-Supreme Court rules that Trump's travel ban is constitutional.
-Supreme Court deals major blow to public sector unions.

Kennedy was key in handing Trump all of his 5 wins in the Supreme Court this MONTH alone!

Sorry try again...

The guy has sided with Trump in every issue this month, handing his administration 5 straight Supreme Court wins. He is not going to be any different from the next guy that gets nominated.
You clearly don't follow SCOTUS that much.. Simply stop by his Wikipedia and come back to us. Kennedy has always been center-right. Not sure how you don't see appointing a far right justice is worrisome not just for us (Dreamers) but the entire nation. This will dominate news.

Agree. Republicans stole a seat by refusing to vote for Gorsuch. Democrats should refuse to confirm a new justice until after midterms are over.

It’s more like your living in the past, because his rulings in this month a lone proves otherwise, and that’s FACTS!

As Mitch McConnell once said, 'We can't appoint a new justice in an election year... The american people must have input on this.'

You know, he does make good points sometimes.

Chris Matthews is on fire on TV!! Democrats should fight tooth and nail, play hardball and refuse to even meet with nominees until next year. The base will overthrow Schumer, Pelosi, etc. Democratic voters have had it with poor leadership. Fight back.

Okay buddy. Perhaps this doesn't affect DACA much but it will affect the nation for years to come.
Roe v Wade, Gerrymandering, Gay rights, etc.
