Does anyone know the answer to this:

Kennedy leaves in a month, that is some time before Hanen decides to issue his conflicting injunction killing DACA. So at that point you have 2 or 3 nationwide injunctions in favor of DACA and 1 injunction killing DACA. Supreme Court is asked to intervene. However, they deadlock 4 v. 4. What the hell happens then? Even at max speed, the senate won’t confirm the next crazy till mid to late fall (if that).

What does Cookoo Schumer have to say about this?
That doesn't absolve the Republicans.

Supreme Court won't rule on it until next year.

The current session just ended.

Don't worry guys, the blue wave will save us just like the glorious blue deep impact wave saved us from 2008 to 2010.

Dems are placing all their bets on the 2020 election. They MIGHT make concessions if they don't win white house in 2020.

Conflicting nationwide injunctions may force some action on their part even if in between terms. What action that is I have no idea, but they would be forced to say something.

There is a good chance when the Democrats retake the Senate in 2020 (20 Republicans seats up for grab), they will change the Supreme Court from 9 to 11 justices.

Congress can change the number of justices and the number of SCOTUS justices have changed many times in the past.

You heard it first here.
