Why is DACA alive? Because the 9th circuit court filed an injunction against the trump administration ending DACA on March 5th, 2018 based on racial animus.

Is Trump president? Yes
Why is it relevant? because there is checks and balances to the presidency. federal judges puts a check on president if he does some stupid shit like ending DACA.

Are there talks currently of legalizing Dreamers? Yes.
If yes, why? Because Trump Admin has attempted to end DACA.
Why are we complaining? I don’t get it. I see the chances of us being legalized extremely extremely high and it is all because the admin tried to end DACA. I’d love for the SCOTUS to rule for the admin and order an end to DACA. That will make this CORRUPT congress finally act.
