I got a 1.65%car loan through a local CU a few years back. No questions - just showed my EAD & paycheck stubs.

Although a home loan is probably a different animal.

I see it as an investment. If shit hits the fan in 2 years (if this is our last renewal) then I’ll sell it and hopefully see a big profit from it. Seeing that here in Texas houses keep going up and up.

It's ballsy because in my opinion if we get thrown out his investment in that house is lost. A car can at least be driven over the border to mexico.

Smart. I didn't think of that.

Hell yeah. When I first bought my house it was 225k. Not even 2 weeks later it went up to 227k.

Can you please provide me with this information? I'm in the middle of a home purchase and a big bank rejected my loan last minute when they found out im a DACA recipient.

Buy everything cash, house can be the ONLY exception since renting is a bitch.
Avoid credit cards if possible and save money like a mofo.

Banks have begun to either reject or charge astronomical interest rates on us.

A friend of mine tried to pull a house and got rejected, he makes over 350k a year.

He was only approved for a maximum of 150k with an astronomical interest rate because of DACA
