With no "urgency" on daca, Dems will not agree to anything Trump proposes. Dems might offer some deals, but we already know the end result there. Trump wants things done his way.
They’re going to have to make a deal if the SCOTUS ends DACA. It would be a PR nightmare if Dreamers start getting deported while they have control of the house... and have Trump calling them out Twitter every day. Trust me, Trump wants his wall so he will turn ICE on us to get what he wants. The first video of ICE knocking on a Dreamer’s home will be it for Dems.

Who can we sacrifice from this forum to be the first ones?

I am skeptical of Dems even agreeing to a deal once SCOTUS ends it. The hotter the issue for them to use against Trump in 2020.

I think this will be the most likely outcome, but when? Pelosi has already come out and said she is prioritizing a deal that grants us some sort of legal status. If Trump really wants his wall, then he will tell Turtle to compromise. You even had people on Fox telling him this is what he needs to do and we all know he spends 15 hours a day parked in front of that propaganda mill.

IMO, the biggest obstacle is McConnell, not the Orange Dotard.

Daca permanent card with citizenship after 10 years with ability to travel. No more fear of deportation, then dems bullshit about how they can save the others who didnt qualify and our families in 2020

I don't trust her. She runs her mouth a lot but doesn't really follow through. Political posturing in my book.

After all, she is the one who said that Dems would not go home last December until there was a deal.

Trump is getting the Wall Funding with us or without us. Only thing is he would get 100% funding at once if they were to do a deal. If not, he is more than happy to take a billion here and there. McConnell wants $5B very soon (Which Democrats will happily give away..SMH)

They have given him "more money than he can spend"

Democratic leadership on immigration, if you can call it that is an abysmal failure that has cost great suffering to the undocumented immigrant community and failed to provide the needed security of communities at large.

Get your act together. The legislation is ready for a vote. Stop wasting taxpayer $$$ millions in political stunts at court.
