I think the legal challenge was about trumps ability to cancel the program NOT it’s constituality

daca will stand and is here to stay, it will cause too much irreparable harm to hundreds of thousands if cancelled.

only issue is finding a permanent solution to our issue. as per usual, it will be politics.

They don't seem to care when they cancel TPS. I doubt they will care about us.

2. The ruling does not involve legality/constitutionality of DACA

3. Trump loses

4. Democrats bring back DACA

5. Democrats will have a better Senante number

6. Democrats retain the house

7. Dream Act passes codifying DACA

stop day dreaming, democrats are not going to pickup 13 Senate seats in 2020 or even 2022, 2024. GOP needs to be on board for any immigration bill. ask crying chuck and nancy to put DACA for wall money, even they should offer giving up diversity lottery as cherry on cake, nothing else changed on legal immigration. 3 pillars only, DA, Wall, DV removal. I'm sure Drumpf will clinch the deal.

I would go as far as removing chain migration (bar green card holders from sponsoring adult children). Note I am one of them so.

There are chain migrants levels. Parents and underage kids are fine! Siblings and 18+ children is just too much.
