No one knows imo. The interesting thing is that there are multiple courts involved.

It has to escalate from lower to higher. Lower is an appeals court. Once appeals are exhausted they can move up if allowed.

I think Supreme Court will say let it go through appellate courts first and will NOT expedite.

the fairest deal is GC status for DACAers in exchange for the 5.7 Billion in funding for the border + ending the DV lottery or making changes to chain migration.
