@georgeb1214 I think it was Hanen.


So to clarify Paxton is the AG of texas and Hanen the district judge. Both a hol es imo.

@eva not 100% sure but both are from Texas.

I think this was filed in the same district where Hanen declined to hear the case. Is any news site reporting on this besides the tweet?

That guy's eyes always remind me of the dog painting in Goodfellas - one eye is going one way and the other one is going the other way and he's like "what do you want from me?". Not sure if it's a disability or he's just so horrible that his eyes are trying to leave his brain.
