The 1.6 had restrictions such that no new border fencing could be made. The 1.375 is for NEW wall/fence/call it what you want

The point is Trump got SOME wall without giving ANY concessions for immigration, Dems traded leverage for nothing yet again.

i thought Nancy said he ain’t getting but $1 dollar for the Wall?
