It will be literally a dream come true of the SCOUTS after much deliberation and the ups and downs rules that DACA is in fact constitutional..

I think the Trump admin has asked them to consider the constitutionality of Trump ending DACA, not that DACA was constitutional in the first place. So, we're pretty much screwed.

DAP redHats wannabes just don’t know what they want

Lmao this forum is amazing

I'm really not sure what the Dems' strategy on pushing this through the house is.

What they ought to do is tie Dream Act with $20 billion discretionary border security funding, pass it, then call on Trump to deliver on his wall promise. Put him in a position he can't say no.

Of course knowing the Dems, they'll just pass some clean Dream Act. Maybe something good will come out of this rather than the current inaction from both sides.

Just a reminder that Pelosi managed to get a clean DA into congress for voting, what have your heroes Turtleman and Trump exactly?

Increasing chatter on Capitol Hill now about the need for an interim spending bill. Some members simply won’t be willing to vote on legislation this fast..just getting it dropped in their laps.

On border security deal, Fox is told there is some internal GOP bickering…as Republicans feel they misplayed their hand. They could have had as much as $1.6 billion for the wall last year…but that number has now dropped to $1.375 billion.
