It's really sad that most of us are near 30 and we haven't been outside of this country.Wasting our best years when we should be traveling around the world.

At one point, a Republican Congressman (Biggs , AZ) proposed an amendment that this bill be restricted to only DACA recipients and NOT those overstayed their visa. He basically proved that he doesn't even understand that HOW YOU CAME TO THE COUNTRY (crossing the border OR legally and then overstaying visa while you were a kid) doesn't matter to be eligible for DACA. Gosh! This is why these things will never be bipartisan (these folks just don't understand the damn bill).
They do this on purpose. It's that they are willfully ignorant or purposefully saying these things. Bottom line is, they want to remove as many eligible DACA holders as they can and asking for border security money, changing asylum laws, change to merit based, and change the constitution that gives birthright citizenship.

At this point, I don't think Trump will sign anything democrats put forth. Just look at what happened to the bipartisan infrastructure talks today. Trump basically said "stop investigations or I won't work with you" even on bipartisan issues. This is him strong arming, just like what he does with tariffs in the trade war. I hope he realizes that Pelosi is literally the only person standing between him and impeachment. It would be a bad idea for Trump to piss her off.

The must pass bills for the next year or two are already being negotiated and they basically just want to pass it as soon as possible so the government can seem like it's doing at least the minimal duties. I don't think they'll be any contentious immigration attached to it.

Dude, impeachment has to be passed by BOTH chambers not just the house.

You don’t thjnk Republicans would quickly change sides to impeach him? Most republicans already hate him but don’t have the balls to do anything about itb

Impeachment does not mean removal from office, it just starts the process. It will really put pressure on the executive branch to stop the stone walling. I don't think dems will stop the investigations and I don't think Trump will stop stone walling (mainly because he doesn't want people looking into his businesses) so probability of impeachment eventually is > 50%. If he pisses off Pelosi, > 70%. I'm not sure if Trump realizes that the only way to slow down investigations is to please the democrats and they willfully stop investigations and just let Trump serve out at least his first term. Otherwise, the rest of his term will just be investigations and possibly be charged with crimes when he's out of office and maybe even his family members will also be charged.

I really hope they work something out because this is not good for the country if The president gets impeached. I thought this bipartisan infrastructure bill was the start of them working together but I guess not. If today's talks were successful, Pelosi could've gone back to dems and said "hey look, we can work with Trump we don't have to go nuclear." They could've worked on DACA, infrastructure, drug costs, etc and that alone (additional work to be done) would've slowed down investigations. Now, it just looks like more grid lock.

At least im not the only one realizing this, this is beyond than fucking torture, this bullshit is controlling my life, i cant imagine what it could be for some..

They need to hurry up, if both bills pass and ours doesnt we have to prepare for the worst since the supreme court is highly likely to kill DACA

Just read the whole bill.

United We Dream and other organizations are getting funding to help us process this....

I guess they are keeping the massive dreamer relief fund no wonder why they are so excited.

The House will pass a Dream Act, TPS, and some type of CIR.

They will all be opposed by Trump and Miller Co..

Sen. Majority Leader Mitch McConnell will just let them all die.

I applaud the Dems for actually holding votes.

I guess we will wait to see if Pres. Biden can get it done LMAO

Maybe Sen. Graham will hold votes on his own DREAM Act in the Senate Judiciary Committee, but not sure it could get Senate floor time. Who knows... rollercoaster goes on and on and on...haha
