I was just approved on 10/9/2019. I plan to apply again in Jan. Chances are they will have me go through will my biometrics and then have my app sit there until 150 day mark before expiration which would be mid 2021. They renewed my app right at the 150th day. My old EAD expires March 2020. I applied way early!

Applying again in Jan 2020 would buy me 580 days more (almost 1.5 years) post October 2021 (my new expiration) if SC decides to vote against us as chances are they would still allow renewals already applied for to go through. It is all a gamble so yeah.

Supreme Court ruling against us doesn’t mean daca ends. It’s up to trump to go forward it and end It


I suspect it’ll be the same as last time. There will be a dateline when they will accept them
