Thing is, one of the arguments against the DACA rescission is precisely that it was done with capricious (read racist) intent. It's why the WH refused to release any emails concerning immigration to the courts. It's the argument that the administration's motives can't be race based that can save DACA, not that Trump doesn't have the power. Not to mention the 30 day notice decision that everyone seems to have forgotten after DAPA.
